Kiana Shaw is an Author, Speaker, Master Life Coach, Parent and Teen Advocate and devoted mother who walked away from corporate America in 2011. She has dedicated her life to teaching teen girls both leadership and life-skills with her foundation, Village of Truth, a non-profit organization that focuses on the well being of young girls from ages 13 – 18 years old and her company and LeadHERship Academy, a powerful virtual community designed to teach young ladies how to lead their communities. As a result of working with her, teenagers celebrate increased financial stability, emotional literacy, and healthier physical habits for a more productive and meaningful life.
Kiana’s work as an advocate has lead to the creation of “Hard Conversations With Your Teen Made Easy” and the release of her first series of that creation, “Sex, Self-esteem and Social Media” has received raving reviews as a “must have for parents.”
Her radio program, ‘The Kiana Shaw Show’, formerly ‘Shaw’nuff Radio’ received the coveted “Favorite Syndicated Show” award for outstanding content and audience growth.
Kiana is embedded in the non-profit community as a consultant, speaking at conferences, events and workshops.
Consistently in these platforms, Kiana shares her life experiences with honesty and transparency crediting her past for the success of her present.
Raised in Compton, California, Kiana and her daughter now reside in Inglewood.
