In 2015, Divas Don’t Stress Movement was birth out of her current experiences with clinical depression, over worked, minimum resting and a series of anxiety attacks until she decided to take control and get her life back. And out of that chaotic journey, The Transformational Stress Strategist, started this movement to help other Women in all walks of leadership positions and Women Entrepreneurs and CEO’s to rest, relax and rejuvenate through quarterly spa retreats and getaways to avoid similar outcomes.
She has become best known for the annual event she founded in 2013, Pamper Me Pretty & Spa Retreat. It is a one-of-a-kind 4-day, 3-night luxury weekend of serenity, reconnection, and personal revival for women who need “restoration” from the many hats they wear.
Prior to starting Pamper Me Pretty & Spa Retreat, Shewana Mack honed her leadership skills as a multi-talented business catalyst, transformational speaker and event collaborator. She organizes and hosts coaching forums through workshops, retreats, conferences and seminars at sea. As a transformational speaker, she’s spoken on various topics including business, travel and stress management.
Shewana has successfully completed a 12- Module Ignite Certification Course with Coach, Speak & Serve on November 2015 and is now a Certified Coaching Specialist. She is an author of two book callobarations, “The Fabulous New Life” and “I Am Woman”. She also was chosen as an ambassador for Aprille Franks-Hunts’ Epic Conference.
